Job Summary

  • This position will require a skilled lawyer to provide legal advice to various investment banking trading and lending desks, including the supervising of outside counsel.
  • You will be an integral part of the Bank’s lending, finance and securities coverage team within the investment bank, negotiating transaction documents and providing legal advice and legal and risk assessments for complex transactions, including cross-border transactions.
