• The Controlling Senior Specialist will serve as a key Finance Business Partner to multiple corporate-side departments within Scout Motors, driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities.
• This role is responsible for owning financial close activities for assigned cost centers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, and preparing financial reports for leadership.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or related roles
• Experience in a manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environment preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
