The primary purpose of this role is to be a site change agent responsible for driving improvement through all functions of the Plant Leadership Team.
The position involves leading the annual Hoshin Planning process to identify site breakthrough opportunities and create a transformation plan for world-class operational performance.

Salary
Base: $134,000 - $147,400; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program supporting pay-for-performance; Benefits: Comprehensive package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and 80 hours holidays
