Job Summary

  • The Senior Renewals Representative, Account Based leads the optimization of workflows for high-volume renewal cycles, develops and implements strategies for engaging Account Executives (AEs), and provides specialized knowledge and guidance to partners.
  • This role is responsible for improving customer satisfaction, sharing advanced insights on churn risks and renewal blockers, and mentoring others in customer-first practices.
  • The Senior Renewal Representative also leads efforts to optimize CRM system usage and develop advanced automation workflows.
