Job Summary
Provide proactive, business-oriented legal and compliance advice on market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for pharmaceutical and biologic products.
Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of market access-related agreements, including PBM, payer, and GPO agreements.
Partner with commercial, medical, regulatory, and compliance teams to ensure access-related strategies comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Requirements
5-8 years of attorney experience
Pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical company experience
Market access, pricing, reimbursement, and/or government price reporting focus
Experience with PBM, payer, GPO, wholesaler, rebate agreements
Experience with patient support programs and healthcare professional interactions
Knowledge of FDCA, anti-kickback statutes, False Claims Act, PhRMA Code
