Key Requirements

  • 3+ years general maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of reverse osmosis units, electro-deionization, vapor compression stills, clean steam generators, water softeners, filters, steam and cold glycol heat exchanging systems
  • Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics
  • Basic knowledge and use of hand tools
  • Experience with automated control systems, boilers, air compressors, air dryers
  • Previous GMP environment experience
  • Working knowledge of CMMS systems
  • Basic PC skills
  • Working knowledge of PLCs, HMI interfaces
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, work at heights, crawl, kneel, stoop
  • Ability to work alternative shifts including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
