Job Summary
Manage and lead a team of engineers responsible for building, scaling, observing and maintaining our Kubernetes-based platform.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments using tools like Terraform and Argo CD.
This role will support one or more direct or indirect contracts with the U.S. Federal Government which, due to federal government security requirements, mandates that all Workday personnel working on the contracts be United States citizens (naturalized or native).

Salary
Primary Location Base Pay Range: $193,200 USD - $289,800 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $174,800 USD - $314,400 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements
5 years managing and leading engineering teams
5 years hands-on cloud infrastructure, DevOps, software development
Bachelor's degree in computer related field or equivalent work experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
