The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care to assigned patients in the Float Division: Medical/Surgical (FD), utilizing the nursing process and adhering to the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas.
Float Division nurses have the opportunity to work on all medical and surgical areas, receiving specialized training and a 25% bonus for worked hours floating.
