  • Coach, drive and lead lean behaviors, principles, and tools across an operational or functional area.
  • The primary objective is to support the Lean and functions by being a key contributor and facilitator of LEAN initiatives throughout the plant.
  • Develop reports of overall Continuous Improvement activities, including accomplishments, participation, projected activities, and anticipated needs.
