Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Community/Human Services (highly desirable)
• Diploma with at least two years’ experience
• Experience supporting people experiencing hardship
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Understanding of trauma, disadvantage and strengths-based practice
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Working with Children Check
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
