Job Summary
This position will foster a culture of sustainable change by embedding Lean and Continuous Improvement methodology to deliver business impact across manufacturing and back-office processes.
The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert and coach, partnering with site leadership to drive targeted improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.
Candidates must have 10+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment with a proven track record of deploying Lean Operating Systems to achieve breakthrough results.
