  • Essential duties include assisting the Director of Nursing in directing nursing activities, participating in policy development, ensuring personnel compliance, and managing administrative, committee, personnel, and nursing care functions.
  • The role requires a current RN license, CPR certification, at least 2 years of experience preferably in a long-term care facility, and the ability to make independent decisions and solve practical problems.
