  • Accompany clients in the reflection and implementation of talent management strategies, compensation equity, organizational design, competency models, and organizational transformation.
  • Leverage internal and external data, including proprietary Mercer databases, to conduct precise diagnostics and contribute to the development of solutions for client issues.
  • Develop key expertise within our HR consulting offerings and actively participate in producing reference content to strengthen our expert positioning.
