Job Summary

• Assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day to day functions of the nursing service department in accordance with regulations.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of nursing policies, quality assurance programs, and resident care plans to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Provide supervision to nursing staff, perform nursing assessments, authorize use of restraints when necessary, and maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
