Job Summary
This position will drive transformational change for capacity realization and operational excellence to deliver all components of stable manufacturing teams and processes for a diverse and complex Biologics pipeline.
The role includes leadership across five facilities and 300 personnel, ensuring compliance, inspection readiness, and execution of clinical, PPQ, and commercial batches.
The Executive Director will foster a strong compliance mindset, apply Lean principles for continuous improvement, and develop empowered leaders to build the future of the Dunboyne facility.
