Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 70% travel within Central US region
  • 3 years minimum surgical OR experience
  • Physician Associate or MD/DO degree required
  • Peer-to-peer scientific exchange with KOLs
  • Compliance with Medical Affairs Code of Practice

Nice-to-have

  • Board certification in Cardiac, Spine, Gynecologic, or General Surgery
  • 5+ years experience in Medical Affairs or device industry
  • Prior Principal MSL level experience
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Ability to influence regional medical strategy

Key Requirements

  • MD/DO or Physician Associate (PA) degree
  • Minimum 3 years operating room surgical experience
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Residency within Central United States locations
