Job Summary

  • The 3PL Onsite Lead ensures that inventory is accurately maintained and distributed in a compliant, timely, and efficient manner, focusing on monitoring, reporting, and enhancing performance through key operational metrics and face-to-face supplier relationship management.
  • Stationed onsite at the supplier’s warehouse, the role will be actively engaged with the warehouse staff to drive continuous improvement across distribution activities including dock-to-stock, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, and OTIF.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution
  • High School diploma required
