Waymo is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Enterprise Security to oversee project execution and risk management in a complex technical environment. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in program management, particularly in security, and will be responsible for leading various initiatives related to data protection and vulnerability remediation

Job Summary

  • Author Strategic Artifacts: Produce and own the overall project schedule, status reports, process metrics and architecture documentation that communicate risk and rollout planning to stakeholders.
  • Structure Data Protection Programs: Partner with Engineering, Legal and HR to define, document and implement a cross-functional, enterprise-level framework for data sensitivity and establish and monitor technical controls for Data Classification and access, ensuring our high-value IP is appropriately protected.
  • Foster Security Awareness Excellence: Design and lead a comprehensive cybersecurity, IP, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) security awareness and training roadmap that equips our expanding workforce with the knowledge and tools to support Waymo’s mission and technical edge as we scale globally.
