Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles to develop new technologies for medical device OEMs.
You will lead cross-functional teams, supervise technicians, and serve as a coach and mentor for other engineers while ensuring adherence to FDA regulations and Quality Management Systems.
This role requires championing the development of systems to drive innovation and continuous improvement within Integer's Manufacturing Excellence culture.
