Job Summary

• To protect the health of Singaporeans by reducing the burden of communicable diseases through evidence-based policy formulation, the implementation of effective disease prevention and control programmes, including epidemiological surveillance programmes and timely outbreak response and management.
• Key Job Responsibilities include formulation, implementation, monitoring and review of disease prevention and control strategies, developing and implementing surveillance programmes, providing technical subject matter expertise for travel health, and programme management and administration.
• The role requires the ability to work under pressure and simultaneously on different projects, excellent organizational skills, and resourcefulness, with a willingness to work beyond office hours, especially during outbreaks.
