Essential duties include identifying residents, reporting changes in condition, documenting care, and assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
The role requires maintaining resident confidentiality, reporting incidents, and ensuring residents' personal care needs are met while creating a positive and calm environment.

Record information using authorized abbreviations
Report resident condition changes promptly
Document resident care on flow sheets
Report accidents and incidents immediately
Maintain resident confidentiality and report violations
Assist residents with daily living activities

Key Requirements
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
10th grade education minimum
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
