Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications for resident use.
Assist in developing and implementing procedures to prevent medication errors and maintain a friendly, productive working relationship with the nursing department and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in quality assurance programs and facility committees to improve the accuracy and performance of the medication process while maintaining resident confidentiality.
