Salary

Base: $58,136.00 - $84,656.00 annually; Bonus: Sign-on bonus available for non-MGB employees; Benefits: Generous PTO, 403B match, cash balance pension, tuition reimbursement up to $5,250/year, MBTA pass subsidy

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Master of Social Work degree from accredited program
  • Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Social Worker or LICSW
  • Experience in hospital setting palliative care
  • Conducting family meetings and serious illness communication
  • Knowledge of advance care planning documentation

Key Requirements

  • MSW from accredited program required
  • Current MA LCSW or LICSW license required
