Salary
Base: $58,136.00 - $84,656.00 annually; Bonus: Sign-on bonus available for non-MGB employees; Benefits: Generous PTO, 403B match, cash balance pension, tuition reimbursement up to $5,250/year, MBTA pass subsidy

Must-have
Master of Social Work degree from accredited program
Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Social Worker or LICSW
Experience in hospital setting palliative care
Conducting family meetings and serious illness communication
Knowledge of advance care planning documentation
Nice-to-have

Experience with interprofessional cardiac teams

Key Requirements
