Job Summary

  • Your mission will be to plan, oversee, and execute high-impact digital initiatives, ensuring process standardization, improved user experience, and the successful implementation of new solutions for the different business teams.
  • Increase engagement and proper usage of key digital tools (CRM, UVE, Power BI, commercial systems…), improve usability and user experience (UX) of digital platforms, identifying functional improvements and proposing evolutions.
  • Coordinate multifunctional and regional teams, align business and technology to ensure success of digital initiatives, and communicate progress, risks, and results to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
