Oversee all aspects of foundry operations including melting, casting, mould maintenance, x-ray and heat treatment to ensure production targets are met with optimal quality, safety, and efficiency.
Lead a team of supervisors, team leaders and operators, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to support business goals.
Ensure the correct application of Quality system instructions in line with ISO-TS 16949 regulation and Customer requirements, executing product, process and system audits.
