Essential duties include assisting the Director of Nursing in directing nursing activities, participating in policy development, ensuring reference materials are current, and overseeing nursing service personnel compliance.
The role involves administrative, committee, personnel, nursing care, staff development, safety, equipment, and care plan functions to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
