Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical and record all entries in an informative, descriptive manner.
  • Rates up to $23.50/HR with shift differentials for 2nd & 3rd shifts and a new attendance incentive program.
