Extendicare is seeking a Regional Manager Operations for Southern Alberta to oversee the delivery and sustainability of programs within Long Term Care homes. Job Summary

  • The Regional Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery and sustainability of Programs, Training & Development and Quality within the Long Term Care homes, as well as the implementation and sharing of policies/programs to ensure the highest standard is met.
  • Key responsibilities include educating, orientating, coaching, mentoring, and supporting Long Term Care homes' frontline teams, promoting compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring the effective operation and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) of the homes.
