Canadian and Ontario environmental regulations
Leading audits and regulatory interactions
Multi-site or regional responsibility
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety
Nice-to-have
Advanced degree in science or engineering
Professional certification like CRSP or CHSC
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Experience with Lean Six Sigma problem solving
Behavior-based safety initiative leadership
Key Requirements
7+ years EHS experience OR advanced degree + 5 years
Bachelor's degree in EHS, Safety Engineering, or related field
Strong knowledge of Ontario OHSA and CEPA regulations
Proven experience leading audits and investigations
