Pay Range: $60.00 – $65.00 per hour (DOE)

Current active California OT license
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
Evaluate residents within 24 hours
Develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise COTAs and aides
Nice-to-have
Master's or Doctorate degree preferred
Skilled Nursing Facility experience
Geriatric population experience
Proficient in NetHealth documentation
Proficient in PointClickCare systems
Key Requirements
Active California Occupational Therapist license
