Managing US Government prime and subcontracts

Leading external counsel relationships and budgets

Key Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active membership in California State Bar or RIHC
Minimum of 8 years of legal experience
Proven experience as in-house counsel or at top-tier firm
Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret security clearance
