Key Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in California State Bar or RIHC
  • Minimum of 8 years of legal experience
  • Proven experience as in-house counsel or at top-tier firm
  • Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret security clearance
