Job Summary
Manage Taiwan key account and Central Taiwan region customers in bidding and account management activities, with coaching and developing junior Commercial as assigned.
Lead in all aspects of plant projects e.g. ASUs, Gen Gas plants, purifiers, analytical equipment, and capacity improvement, etc. at existing sites.
Manage and coach junior team members in the business know how, work processes and customer facing.

Key Requirements
5+ years Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing or Production experience
Team leader experience
8+ years experience in Merchant Gases
Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Supply Chain degree
