Job Summary
The Culinary Supervisor will coordinate the day-to-day operations of their assigned kitchens, following assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation.
Ensures staff prepare food items by complying with portion size, quality standards, and maintaining HACCP standards for cleanliness and sanitation.
Must be available for all Stadium events and able to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
