As an Expert HR Regulation, you ensure correct interpretation and application of labor legislation and HR regulations through transversal follow-up of individual personnel files.
You support the manager in coordinating a transversal follow-up system, conducting analyses, and formulating recommendations for adapting working methods and developing tools for HRBPs and managers.
