3+ years engineering leadership or people management
Experience leading complex long-lived production software
Strong background in CI/CD automation and DevOps
Fluent professional English spoken and written

Experience in regulated safety-critical environments
Familiarity with desktop or system-level software
Comfort operating in global multi-site organizations
Dutch and/or French language skills advantageous

Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
Minimum 10 years of professional software engineering experience
