Manage implementation of HR strategic/tactical initiatives and align Group HR strategies with Business Unit/country-level operations in order to achieve business results.
Drive implementation of tactical day-to-day HR processes across business operations and develop/review talent management for critical leadership positions.
Prepare periodical reports to provide validated HR metrics and benchmarks to support business decisions and drive, together with line manager, employee engagement initiatives.
