Job Summary

  • The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing medically prescribed treatment programs for patients to restore functions, relieve pain and prevent disability following disease or injury.
  • You will provide skilled physical therapy in accordance with the physician’s plan of care and treat patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function and maintain maximum performance.
