Job Summary
Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan.
Assist residents with meal setup and identification of food items, and perform after-meal care.
Accurately document care provided in charts, flow sheets, and notes, and report all accidents, incidents, grievances, or complaints promptly.
