Job Summary

• The Pediatrics Pharmacist provides patient-centered care to patients for the pediatrics patient population.
• This position will spend approximately 50% of shifts in Emergency Department with the remaining 50% split covering evening satellite pharmacy and evening inpatient clinical services.

Key Requirements

• Licensed in the state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity
• Immunization and non-vaccine injectable certification
• Credentialing and privileging based on area of practice
• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy
• PGY2 Pediatric or Emergency Medicine residency experience preferred
