  • Essential duties include ensuring services are provided consistent with policies, reviewing vendor invoices, assisting with tenant reconciliations, and coordinating move-ins/move-outs.
  • The role requires intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel daily to assigned properties as necessary.
