  • You will gain hands-on experience in onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion—the full lifecycle of a customer relationship.
  • Assist CSMs team in facilitating offline workshops, salons, events etc; and support to internal escalating technical issues when needed.
  • This role is designed for empathetic, proactive learners who are passionate about helping customers succeed and want to build a career in customer-centric, revenue-impacting roles.
