Must-have

  • IEC 62443 compliance and lifecycle management
  • SCADA, PLC, HMI, and DCS system expertise
  • OT/IT integration roadmap ownership
  • Digital Master Plan development and execution
  • Cyber risk assessment and vulnerability mitigation

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with MES and IIoT technologies
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM problem solving skills
  • Vendor and contract management capabilities
  • AI and Smart Manufacturing implementation experience
  • Strong change management and coaching abilities

Key Requirements

  • Engineering degree (ME, EE, CE) or trade qualification
  • Minimum 3 years experience in OT, automation, or digital systems
  • Demonstrated expertise in process control and automation networks
  • Experience leading digital projects in manufacturing environments
