** Voyager is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Training Specialist to develop and deliver safety and compliance programs within manufacturing and laboratory environments. The ideal candidate will have relevant educational and professional experience, with a strong understanding of EHS regulations and training delivery. **

Job Summary

  • The Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Training Specialist role is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive safety and compliance programs across manufacturing and laboratory environments.
  • The position reports to the Safety and Compliance Manager and will be located onsite in Penrose, CO and eventually transitioning to Pueblo, CO.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in EHS with 2 years of experience OR Master's degree in EHS with 1 year of experience OR High School Diploma or Equivalent with 5+ years of EHS training experience
  • Experience developing and delivering training in an industrial environment
  • Knowledge of OSHA, DOT HazMat, ATF explosives, and environmental regulations
  • Ability to work in classroom and field environments
  • Meet eligibility for state and federal explosives licenses
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual
