This role will be responsible for the development, deployment, and support of innovative machine learning and statistical models that provide forecasting, prediction, and prescriptive solutions.
Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions using DMRO (Digital Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) data to provide actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making.
Mentor and develop senior engineers and other team members by providing technical guidance, fostering professional growth, and ensuring knowledge transfer within the team.
