Salary
Base: $158,200.00 - $189,800.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and annual bonuses; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Must-have
Facility management of commercial real estate
Supervise crafts, vendors, and contractors
Develop and manage facility budgets
Ensure EH&S and OSHA compliance
Preventive maintenance program management
Use of computerized maintenance management system
Coordinate facility modifications and construction

Strong leadership and communication skills
Collaboration with cross-functional teams
Experience with building management systems
Strategic facility planning
Emergency preparedness and business resumption
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years facility experience or Master’s with 6+ years
Experience leading/managing teams and projects
Knowledge of facilities infrastructure and code requirements
Experience with MS Office and project management tools
Ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance (preferred)
