Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for leading and driving sustainable and transformational change across multiple HUB European Product Lines and factories, focused on process improvements, ITM (Integrated Transformer Management) system maturity and demonstrated improvement in Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
  • Partners with the cross-functional leadership team in developing and operationalizing the Hoshin Kanri process and leads in development of Kaizen plan to support the overall needs of the organization.
  • Build continuous improvement capability through training and implementation of ITM-, and digitalization tools and build a Coaching culture across the organization with focus on Employee Engagement and Accountability.

Key Requirements
