Job Summary

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, leading onboarding activities and guiding them through service adoption.
  • Collaborate with Sales and TAMs on account strategy, renewals, and contract activities, while maintaining accurate customer records in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, managing escalations and ensuring timely follow-up.
