• Manage the effective transition of existing accounts, serving as the primary client relationship lead for assigned accounts, delivering the highest standard of client service.
• Act as a thought leader by identifying, generating, and pursuing new business opportunities, participating in industry and company events to build both the Complex Risk brand and your professional network.

Salary

Base: $140,000 to $195,000; Bonus/Equity: Industry leading commission structure; Benefits: Company matching RRSP contributions, tuition financing, flexible benefits

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing complex accounts
• Level 2 General Insurance License
• Industry certification (CAIB, CIP, CRM, BCIT Risk Management)
• Legal, finance or engineering-related qualifications
