Employees must ensure the safety and comfort of residents by assisting with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and monitoring for pressure areas or skin breakdowns.
Staff are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding resident protected health information and promptly report any suspected violations or unauthorized disclosures.
