Lead cross functional startup teams spanning engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, tooling, and external partners.
Provide clear, concise, and timely communication to technical teams and senior leadership, maintaining transparency on program status, risks, and recovery plans.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or science

TD transfer methodology knowledge
Statistical data analysis knowledge
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
